Other things to note The house was recently upgraded with the latest SunPower solar panels, and a renewable solar powered hot water heater which reduces Co2 and Sulfur Dioxide Emissions. 2 large Solar powered attic fans blow out the hot air generated from the roof and reduce the air conditioner’s work load and keep the house much cooler. The entire house is run by renewable solar power that generates electricity with the most updated solar technology available invested in the home. New pool heater/cooler was installed recently keeping the pool temps in the 80's during cooler winter months AND cool during the hot summer months when the pool water can be too warm . The large chlorine pebble tech pool is kept clean and balanced by the weekly pool service visits and there are plenty of extra pool floats & toys to pick from for everyone’s pool enjoyment. All electric appliances, AC and furnace, pool heater and pumps, water heater tank and attic fans all powered by the Florida sun.
