Our charming, well-equipped 2-bedroom house is the perfect home away from home for up to 4 guests in Tooting, South London. With 2 bedrooms, a dedicated workstation, cosy living room and spacious kitchen, it’s perfect for a vacation with friends/family, or for remote workers who fancy a change of scenery. Tooting offers plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Central London is only a short tube ride away. The space Living room: a comfortable sofa that can be extended into a double bed, a projector and a cosy reading nook where you can get lost in a good book or watch the world go by with a nice cup of tea. Lots of board games and books for a chill night in. Kitchen: a spacious and well-equipped kitchen where you can comfortably cook together if you fancy a night in. There is a dining table with four chairs and all the kitchen appliances you might need for your stay, including a Nespresso machine. Master Bedroom (on the first floor): the master bedroom includes an extremely comfortable King-sized bed, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a shelving unit for all your stuff. Second bedroom (on the first floor): the second bedroom includes a single bed that can be extended into a King-sized one. There is also a desk and an office chair (although to use the workstation comfortably, the bed needs to remain single). Bathroom (on the first floor): a bath, a toilet and a sink. Office room (ground floor): a luminous space in the extension with a desk and an office chair to work/study. (no heating in the room, so not available to use in winter) Small bathroom (ground floor): a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. Patio: a small patio if you’d like some fresh air. Guest access Guests can have access to all parts of the property. Certain cupboards are locked, these are marked as 'No Access'. Still plenty of storage space available for guests to use. Other things to note Child safety notes: -We have a working smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) detector on every floor, also one next to the boiler. -We have removable safety gates for stairs (one downstairs and one upstairs). -There is a child safety lock on the under the sink storage areas for cleaning products both in the kitchen and bathroom. We keep the washing detergent on top of the washing machine but you're welcome to move it into one of the locked cabinets. -There is a child safety lock on the oven. -We have some corner protectors applied across the house. -Our boiler's hot water setting is at 49 degrees Celsius (120F) to avoid scalding (recommended by Airbnb) Please note: -Our window blinds are corded. -Unfortunately we can't provide you with a travel cot. Safety and supervision of children under 18 staying with you will be your responsibility.
