It all began when I purchased the canvas tent for a wine get together with my sisters. My husband suggested we expand this idea even further and allow others to experience it as well. A week later, we found ourselves in overalls getting to work and mapping out our plans! Most of the material has been repurposed and given life again, which made us truly happy during the build process. Enjoy a romantic getaway, mother and daughter, or girls weekend that forces you to unplug from the city life. Conveniently located off of I-4 and Park Rd (exit 22), in the heart of strawberry land, Plant City, Florida. We are a mere 25 min from downtown Tampa, 45 min from Disney World, and one hour from the white sandy Clearwater beaches. This carefree glamp site offers 200 sq. feet of space which includes a comfortable queen size mattress bed, portable ac, coffee/tea amenities, cups, wine glasses, plates/bowls, forks/spoons, toiletries, games for passing time, and an outdoor shower we built with excitement. The outdoor shower is a hop and a skip literally and is located next to your tent! Electricity is available as well. We do not have wi-fi access at the tent because we believe in disconnecting from work demands. Nearly 2 acres of peace and serenity awaits you. Tour through turkey berry patch, cozy up by the firepit, have a grill night if you feel like. Don't forget to look forward to some amazing star gazing evenings! We have chickens and Peking ducks nestled on the property who may greet you. The main house is located on site, but far enough (350ft) for you to have your privacy. Conveniently we are just a ring away if you need something. New to glamping? Similar to camping, but when you bring the luxuries of indoor to the outdoors. Parking is available by the wooden fence right before your glamp site. You'll have access to the canvas tent, private onsite bathhouse (sink/portable toilet/outdoor shower), propane BBQ grill, cooler, fire pit, tree swing, pop up table, indoor and outdoor table/ chairs, and a garden hose for any washing needs (located right side of bathhouse). Other things to note This is a nature setting, so you may encounter ducks, chickens, cows or pigs.. Our house is on site and sits at the top of the acreage and your unique space is in the back of the acreage. We let the ducks and chickens out twice a day, other than that, you'll have total privacy. The 2 houses you see are 300 feet away as well and they keep to themselves. The wooden privacy fence makes it more secluded You will not share any common spaces with anyone.
