Charming and expansive “Chicago-themed” private lower-level suite of host's home with queen bed, corner desk, closet and private bath. Futon couch provides additional full-sized bed. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, air fryer, induction cooktop, coffee maker and laundry. Near major grocery stores, shopping & dining or hop on the highway to explore! Can walk to Metra for 30-min train ride to Chicago. Private back-door entrance including off-street parking. Cable TV w/ DVR included! The space You are provided one large private room where queen bed, desk/chair, TV, couch/futon, walk in closet and dressers are located. Also in that same locked room is the private bathroom with shower. Outside of this spacious room is the dining area, separate from the kitchen and laundry. Guest access Parking can be alongside the garage, or on the street if prefer. The neighborhood is walkable and can easily make it to shopping, restaurants, groceries stores and entertainment. During your stay I work from home and live upstairs with my life partner Rodger, and we are readily available for questions that come up about the area!
