This recently renovated Bungalow is in a quiet neighborhood in the beautiful West Boulevard District. It is within walking distance to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping. Other destinations within walking distance are the Monument Event Center, YMCA and wilderness hiking and mountain bike trials. For the adventure seekers it is a short drive to Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Sturgis, Hill City, Custer State Park and Crazy Horse Monument. The space The Dakota Bungalow is cozy and inviting. The floor plan flows nicely from living room to kitchen and out the back door to an inviting outdoor space. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds for a good nights rest. The bathroom is smaller but functional. Guest access The entire upstairs of the Bungalow and the outdoor space in the back is accessible to guests. The basement is utilized for laundry and storage of supplies and is sectioned off for staff use only.
