As you continue to go up, you'll find the 1st floor that includes a large living room with 2 sofas, a 48' TV screen, a 6-seat dining table, a well-equipped kitchen (including Kettle, Nespresso machine, milk frother, between many other utensils), 1 bedroom with a queen bed (1'50m) and 1 full bathroom with a shower. The upper floor has a 2nd large bedroom that includes a King bed (1'80m), 2 bedside tables, 2 arm chairs, a working area with a standing desk (goes up and down!) and a private en-suite bathroom. The flat is located 2' away from Royal Oak station, and it's located in a quiet and peaceful street with victorian houses. Other things to note We rent out this flat when we are away on holiday to help us pay the bills, but this is our primary home. We therefore leave our clothes in the small wardrobes in the upstairs room, but all the other wardrobes (the large one upstairs, and the built in one downstairs) are just for you. We also want to warn you that there is no lift in the building, and although the flat entrance is on the first floor of the building, there are 3 staircases inside the flat to make it to the first floor of the flat, and another 2 to get you to the second floor where the mast bedroom is. Something to be aware of if you have many suitcases! There's also currently construction in the next door building that can cause some noise between 8-4pm.
