There is a large living space, dining room and kitchen on the main level. There is a small laundry room and back entrance off of the kitchen on the first level too. In addition to these rooms, there is a main level room that can double as a den or a bedroom (comfortable air mattress). There is small powder room off of the den as well. Up the stairs and you'll enter the pretty hallway. Off of the hallway is a large, full bathroom with plenty of room to get ready. At the end of the hall are two bedrooms. One room has a king size bed. The other larger bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a single on top as well as another single bed. In this room there is also a work area and a TV. Guests are welcome to enjoy all the rooms and spaces on the main level and upstairs. The basement is for storage and mechanicals and is not a safe space for guests. The basement door is locked. This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Baraboo. The home is near the hospital. A five-minute drive to Devil's lake and 10-minute drive to the Dells. There is room for up to three cars in-tandem in the driveway as well as off street parking. From Oct 1st to May 1st the city enforces snow emergency parking and vehicles must be parked on the odd numbered side of the street on odd days (after midnight) and even on even days. If it is January 11th tomorrow, park on the side of the street with even numbered homes etc. This property is well maintained and offers all the comforts of home. The house is over 100 years old and there are a lot of steps into the home and to the upstairs. These steps act their age.
