Malecón Miraflores Luxury Penthouse.

Spacious 230m2 duplex with ocean view, good location, 1 block from the Malecon and 5 minutes walk from Larcomar. It has 3 rooms, the main room being very large with ocean view, which has a king-size bed, a sofa bed, 2 terraces, a desk, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. The apartment has 3 bathrooms, a living room and dining room, an equipped kitchen, and a laundry room. There is only air conditioning in 2 rooms. Narrow parking. Ideal for families! Welcome! The space On the first floor of the penthouse there are 2 rooms. One of them with a Queen bed, desk and television; and the other room has a bunk bed with a queen bed at the bottom and a queen and a half bed at the top, as well as a TV and full bathroom. In the hallway, there is 1 full bathroom. On the second floor, there is the very spacious, comfortable main room with an ocean view, which has a King bed, a single sofa bed, 2 terraces, TV, desk, walk-in closet and a spacious full bathroom. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively for guests who are registered in the reservation. Other things to note Guest Recommendations / Additional Rules MLA apartments All apartments are exclusively for family accommodation. As indicated in the rules, reservations for any type of meeting are not allowed (sleepovers, photo shoots, bachelorette parties, sharing, etc.). Please read the reservation policies before booking:  Check-in 4:00p.m - Check-out 11:00a.m. Only for the apartments Reducto, Kennedy, Fanning and Suite in San Isidro, the Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. (please, we ask you to check out on time so that the cleaning staff can check in and check out the next client. In case of a delay, a penalty will be charged after 15 minutes of delay).  The additional fee for an early check-in / late check-out, is 50% of the normal rate per night and according to availability the calendar is blocked according to your request. If you pay for an early check-in, the check-in will be from 7:00 a.m. and if it is a late check-out, the check-out will be until 7:00 p.m. (we appreciate your understanding if we cannot confirm your early check-in or late check-out because we have more than 10 apartments and our cleaning staff has to comply with a schedule to avoid setbacks with the check-in of our new guests. Thank you for your support).  Send in advance to the reservation area the list of guests specifying: Names, Surnames, Passport/Identity Document Number and Nationality; in addition to the arrival time to authorize access to the building, delivery of keys/sending the access code to the lockbox/electronic lock code.  If you want to access the garage, please send in advance to the reservation area, the license plate number and model of the vehicle (some parking lots are narrow, please inform the model of the car/truck to confirm if they fit in the space). Only one parking space is guaranteed, but if your reservation is in "Larcomar Luxury Penthouse”, "Malecón Luxury Penthouse" and "El Golf los Inkas Luxury Apartments, you could be given up to two spaces, according to availability).  Reducto apartment building has common areas such as: bar area, barbecue, gym, swimming pool (please coordinate with the reservation area the requirements and availability).  We provide as a courtesy only for the first night: toilet paper, bottle of water, shampoo sachet, hotel soap, liquid dish soap, liquid detergent, garbage bags, filters, and everything you find the day of your check-in.  We offer complimentary weekly cleanings, for minimum reservations of 7 nights (the schedule of the day and the range of time of arrival of the staff to the apartment, will be previously informed to the main guest and will be according to the availability of the cleaning staff). If additional cleaning is required, please consult prices and availability.  Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment including the balcony and common areas. If we detect smoking or if we receive complaints from neighbors for that reason, a fine of US$200 will be applied.  No gathering of any kind is allowed (if this rule is not complied with and if there are complaints from neighbors, they will be penalized and removed from the apartment without relocation or refund).  It is the guest's responsibility to take care of bed linen, towels, furniture, appliances and all objects in the apartment (avoid inappropriate use of bed linen, towels, furniture, etc.). In case of any blood stain, hair dyes, colors, dyeing of colored clothes, mud, tempera, nail polish, urine, etc., replacement or washing will be charged) (See Penalty Schedule located behind the main door of the apartment).  Only guests registered in your reservation sleep in the apartment. It is not allowed to modify the original guest list.  It is forbidden to sublet the apartment.  To avoid inconveniences and for security reasons, you are advised to keep money/valuables in the safe.  Strangers are not allowed access to your reservation (MLA apartments is not responsible for theft or loss).  Pets are not allowed.  Reservations are not allowed for groups of friends who want to celebrate bachelor parties, birthdays, or any other type of gathering. The apartments are in multi-family buildings and should avoid fines and above all inconvenience to neighbors. Thank you for helping us all to be quiet and safe.  For some reservations, a contract signature, and cash guarantee payment of US$ 150 to US$ 500 is required. Once the verification of possible damages and breach of contract is done, the refund will be made in coordination with the main guest (MLA apartments will confirm to the main guest if this requirement applies to their reservation).  MLA apartments staff has office hours: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (please note that the staff does not work 24/7, however, the main guest of the reservation is requested to be in constant communication with Katerina/ Mariana for any questions or eventuality to assist them as soon as possible). ¡We wish you a safe trip and a wonderful stay! ¡Welcome!
