The apartment is located in the 12th arrondissement, straddling the Accor Arena (royal access, less than 5 mins walk :) and "Bercy Village". It is bright, quiet and spacious. Easy self check-in. The metro station "Bercy" is at the end of the street (lines 6 and 14, ideal for getting around the city) and Gare de Lyon nearby (10 mins walk - access to line 1 + RER A and D) "Cleaning fees" include linens. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of the building. It overlooks the street directly, but the door is secure, you are completely quiet once inside (good insulation + the street is one-way and with little traffic), and there is no one opposite. The living room, with sofa and dining table, serves the first bedroom, the open kitchen and the bathroom with toilet. A small staircase leads you to a sleeping area with a sofa bed, then to the second bedroom in continuity. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment.
