Several bars, the zoo and coffee shops are all within walking distance & downtown Racine is just a mile away! The space Just steps away from Racine's nationally recognized North Beach, this cozy 1920s sunny home is designed and updated for modern living. With multiple outdoor spaces to relax and rejuvenate from outdoor sofas, loungers, a patio table and outdoor dining and firepit, it's really a gathering place. It is fully fenced in for privacy and for pets. Just a mile away from downtown Racine, a walk to Racine zoo and close to many other nearby attractions, and just about 3 miles away from Ascension Hospital. Cable TV and high-speed internet for work, an updated kitchen and living area, a large queen bedroom, a smaller queen platform bedroom with LED mood lighting, and a third bedroom with 3 twin bunk beds. The living room has a couch that can sleep one and a queen 18" air mattress available for two. Its a small house but can comfortably sleep 8-9, and if you use the couch, 10. Perfect if you're coming to Racine for a beach vacation with kids or an event with family and friends. The outdoor area has a seating area with an outdoor sofa, plus a metal fire ring to gather together. It also has an outdoor deck and table under a tree that can seat 9-10 guests comfortably, with additional chairs. This home although older, is newly designed to fully enjoy a day on the beach, a reunion in Racine, a girls or guys getaway, or a fishing charter and to return home for more rest and relaxation. Read a book, enjoy a game, spend time at the beach, and make your vacation count! With multiple bars and restaurants all within walking distance, all offering carry-out or delivery, you can really be at ease! And pets are welcome - they are family! We just have an additional charge of $75 per stay for each pet to facilitate deep cleaning. They are not allowed on furniture and need to be potty-trained and should only go outside. There are three bedrooms in the house - two with queen beds, and one with a tri level bunkbed. In addition, a nice 18" tall blow-up mattress can be used in the living room. House Rules. No smoking is allowed in the house, and no weed on premises. As a disclosure, we do have cameras on the outside of the property. Must be 21 to book. Please leave sink clean. And although we allow pets, they are not allowed on furniture specifically on the sofa and beds. It is very hard for our cleaners to remove pet hair from beds. Violation of these rules like smoke/weed smell on departure will result in additional costs to the guest for professional cleaning. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house as well as the private fenced in yard around it. The yard has its own deck and an outdoor dining table for 8-10 and under a tree, that guests can enjoy.
