Eclectic Entire Flat steps from Liverpool St!

This flat is eclectic. I made it unique to allow everyone to feel at home. I’ve used my own unedited photos to give you a REALISTIC view :). It is located in a quiet street off Brick lane, in the heart of Shoreditch, close to restaurants, bars, vintage markets, clubs to get the best of East London vibe! Please contact me BEFORE booking if you want to check in really early or need parking. You’ll have to cancel the booking if parking isn’t available or check in can’t be arranged. The space This flat is located in a historical district in Central London. All buildings here are old and there is a lot of graffiti art around. If you are looking for a fresh new modern apartment this is not for you (try West London or suburban areas). If you are looking for an eclectic flat in an artsy, historical area, this is your spot! The flat is on the ground floor. It has wooden floors throughout and double glazed windows (remember that you are still in Central London so there might be a bit of noise on weekends). There is central heating - the cleaner will show you how to use the thermostat if needed. There is a wifi with good speed (London has a lot of interferences but it no one had any problem in my house so far). This flat is private and spacious for London standards! There are no shared spaces. Bedroom: it comes with a kingsize bed (new mattress), dark curtains, and a closet for you to use. Bathroom: big bath tub, mirrors, and a small window. Kitchen: recently renovated, has a dishwasher, all appliances needed, washer/dryer (ask for help if you need to use them!) Living room: has a big comfy couch, workstation, glass table with 4 seats, small coffee table, lamps & lights, cabinet with tv screen to plug your laptop. Please do ask if you want to use the projector or play vinyls (some are pretty rare and I generally ask guests not use the vinyl player). Please be considerate of any work of art and collectible in the flat. The garden is accessible via the kitchen and shared with the neighbours. In many complained about Airbnb guests in the past so please be considerate! FOR LONG STAY ENQUIRIES: I release the dates month by month, if you are interested in staying longer, let me know and I can unblock the calendar for you! ------------ Neighbourhood: Shoreditch has a unique atmosphere. Brick lane is the place where the term "melting pot" originated. It's a fervent blend of many cultures, life styles, artistic spots, historical buildings, food markets, cuisines, and cool boutiques. Expect to see the usual backgammon players at Brick lane Sunday market, enjoy a bagel from the famous bagel shops (people travel from outside London to have one!), go to a nice indie gig in a clothing shop, enjoy wine at a vernissage, go graffiti hunting to spot the latest Bansky's and Thierry Noir's, or enjoy the local buskers under the overground rail bridge. Shoreditch is an experience. Check out my guidebook for recommendations or ask me and I will be more than happy to provide a list of things to do! ------------ Getting around: The apartment is close to: Shoreditch high street Overground station - less than 1 min walking Liverpool street 8 mins walking Aldgate 12 mins walking Aldgate East 8 mins walking Old Street 10 mins walking Buses: 8 and 388 and 205 and 46 and 47 and 149 and 242 and D3 and 243 and 35 and 67 and 26 and 48 and 78 and 135 and 344 and N26 and N8 and N35 From the Airports/Stations: -2 mins walking distance to coaches to/from Stansted (National Express bus stop: Shoreditch) -10 mins walking distance to trains/coaches to/from Stansted and London Southend Airports (National Express/The Trainline) -30 mins walking distance or 10 mins via bus/tube to trains to/from Gatwick or Luton Airports (The Trainline: Thameslink station or Farringdon station or London Bridge - BOTH CHEAPER OPTIONS THAN THE USUAL GATWICK EXPRESS TO VICTORIA). You can also use the Overground, please ask for advice! -15 mins via tube/bus to Kings Cross St. Pancras International Station -40 mins to/from London Heathrow via Elizabeth line It is extremely easy to get there at any time of the day/night. Guest access Bedroom Bathroom Kitchen Living Room Garden / Yard (keep noise down) Other things to note Please do not use instant booking if you are absolutely not flexible with your check in time or if you need parking. My cleaner has generally good availability, but she might not be able to let you in or prepare the flat for you if you book last minute. I have a key box but we still cannot always guarantee that you can check in whenever you want. Feel free to contact me and I will do my best to assure you a smooth and fast check in and stay!
