Bella Terra is a sanctuary 30 min from Charlotte.

Bella Terra is unique in that it is a venue with two fully furnished apartments that are available when the venue is not in use. The space Guests are welcome to use the entire property aside from our home and fenced in yard. The main part of the barn or "ballroom" is used to access two of the bedrooms and half bath only. The fees for any event are considerably more than the nightly price. Other things to note No matter the weather the apartment and enclosed oversized patio give guests plenty of room to enjoy themselves. The enclosed patio has heaters and fans. All lower cabinets in the kitchen are equipped with magnetic child safety locks that can be activated and there are outlet covers.
