This cozy getaway was recently renovated and features butcher block counter tops, porcelain tile floors, original mid century wood ceiling, large picture windows with beautiful views, mini split heating & air, and all modern amenities such as high speed wireless internet and a 4k RokuTV with streaming apps. The queen bed was recently upgraded with a medium firm designer mattress. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals - fridge & freezer, 4 burner stove & oven, microwave, blender, all kitchenware and cookware, plus a tea kettle and coffee maker with complimentary coffee & tea. There's even a propane grill on the patio for you to use. A grill master could never find a more breathtaking view in America! The bathroom is well-equipped with a full bathtub and shower (with incredible water pressure!), a hair dryer, and bath and beauty products. Outside, you will enjoy the 13ft hammock, hot tub, and elevated deck with a cowboy tub. We try to keep the cowboy tub and hot tub going year round, so please ask about availability! Guests who stay 4 nights or longer will have access to washer and dryer upon request. Just ask for the code! Full access to the home and 2 acre property. Access to the laundry room available with a 4 night stay or longer. Guests will also have access to the hot tub year round and seasonal access to the cowboy tub (8 foot stock tank pool with filter system). Key codes allow for self check-in, so no direct onsite interaction between guest and host is necessary. I'm available 24/7 via the app and I have a local co-host who will help should anyone need onsite support or assistance.
