WE REQUEST TO MAKE THE RESERVATION, ONLY WITH PRIOR CONSULTATION. Room with key, in a family environment, with a double bed. It is mandatory, in this accommodation, to send a copy of documents with photo, valid in the Brazilian territory, for registration at the entrance and to have free access to the apartment, as a rule of the condominium. * Check in restricted: 14:00 - 18:00 and checkout: 8:00 - 12:00 ( exceptions with consultation). Welcome! The space The apartment is functional, maintaining the original 1958 decor, with antique paintings and pieces. It is located three blocks from the beach, between Copacabana and Leme. It is close to the bus stop, the Arco-verde metro station, shopping and points such as bars and restaurants. Guest access Common areas can be used as long as they remain clean. During your stay I'm available to give tips and help. Having lived in several countries, I speak English, Spanish, German, and French. I have national and international Tour Guide training as a hobby. I am available to give tips about the city. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and the building. No strangers are allowed in. Access to this accommodation requires a copy of the documentation for free access to the condominium.
