The dreamy primary bedroom is the ultimate mountain retreat with en-suite bathroom and a covered deck nestled amidst the treetops. All bedrooms and bathrooms feature premium, natural linens and organic mattresses. A note on air conditioning, there are ceiling fans in every room and window AC units will be installed in both bedrooms in the warmer months for May-September bookings. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhome. Key-code access to the front and backdoor will be provided. Garage is accessible but ample street parking is available in front of the property and is preferred. Other things to note This is a smoke free home and no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. No pets, no exceptions. Any violation to either policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. No parties or unregistered guests allowed. This home is situated in a quiet, residential area and shares walls with the neighboring townhome. Excessive noise should be kept to a minimum and quiet hours observed between the hours of 9pm-7am.
