Welcome to my home! This is a shared apartment! You will get a bedroom with 2 single beds or a king bed & the private main bathroom. There are no other guests in the home. We will share the kitchen, dining room, and beautiful patio overlooking the sea. The apartment is modern, comfortable, clean,and secure. It is the perfect hub offering great water pressure, AC, fans, and all amenities. Located just 15 min from the airport. I offer airport shuttle.($) Exclusive use available($) The space Your private bedroom is equipped with a lock on the door. The room has its own AC unit and a ceiling fan. FREE WIFI. The room is simple with 2 single beds that I can convert to 1 king-size bed, a single bookshelf and portable closet. The main bathroom will be for your exclusive use and has shower, bath and incredible hot water pressure. You are welcome in the living room, kitchen, and patio which we share. Must bring your own food and drink. You will have shelf in fridge and room in cupboard. If I have friends visit your space will never be intruded upon. All Smoking is allowed on patio so please do not book if sensitive. (If you want exclusive use of the apartment then please contact me and it might be possible to arrange at an extra charge.) Guest access The property is beautiful but dated. It offers a public restaurant, bar, pool, convenience store, and free access to a natural public beach. There is free parking if you rent a car or I offer shuttle services for a fee. Taxis are expensive here. I do airport pickup with a stop at grocery store for 45 US or 25 US with no stops. Please set-up pre-arrival. We have 24/7 security. Unit is on 3rd floor - no elevator. Number code for door entry. There is smoking allowed on the patio. During your stay I live in the unit, so I am at your disposal and can provide as much or as little assistance as you require. Taxis are expensive. Minumum 20 US to go anywhere. (Route taxis are cheap but few actually want to use the system as it is complicated and walking is involved.) We have Uber now but only good for at the moment rides and can be unreliable. It is getting better as time goes.
