Windows on Wheaton

Windows on Wheaton is my home and a unique spot in the city with a woodsy view. A warm and inviting interior has been lovingly created with lots of color and subtle lighting — as vibrant as the neighborhood that surrounds it. It is within walking distance of WMU, K College, Bronson Hospital and downtown Kalamazoo. And, if you want to explore the shores of Lake Michigan, it’s only a 45-minute drive to the west. Two other things to note: I recently adopted a dog, and the driveway is VERY narrow! The space You'll love the hardwood details inside. It is a warm and inviting atmosphere. And our outdoor environment is welcoming and relaxing as well. The front yard is all ground cover and perennial gardens. There's a bluestone patio in the back with a fire pit. We want you to feel at home inside and out! A perfect spot for medical students, visiting professors and artist, beer tourists or anyone that seeks a comfortable, unique setting for their visit to Kalamazoo. Bike enthusiasts wishing to explore the miles of trails in the area are only a 3 mile ride to two trail heads. There are several great restaurants within walking distance as well. Guest access There is a half bath in the room. The shower is upstairs in the main bathroom. You can enjoy a good book on the sunporch or relax in the living room. We prefer you use the kitchen only for storing food and using the toaster oven or microwave. Laundry facilities are unavailable. No meals allowed in the room. I have a beautiful dining room, please enjoy your meal at the dining room table, while watching the bird feeder and the amazing view of downtown Kalamazoo. Snacks are allowed in the room, but meals must be consumed at the dining room table. During your stay I love meeting new people. I look forward to meeting you soon!
