Welcome to our charming family cottage perfectly located just a 10-minute stroll from the beach and the South West Coastal Path in the stunning Roseland Peninsula on Cornwall’s South Coast. Recently renovated and tastefully furnished the cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests blending character with modern comforts. **Please note: If you’re booking for four but would like to use all three bedrooms please book for six guests.** We look forward to hosting you! The space Newly renovated and thoughtfully furnished, this Grade II Listed cottage sleeps up to six guests. Full of character, it offers a cosy lounge, a bright kitchen/diner, three welcoming bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample private parking for up to three cars, and an enclosed garden to enjoy. The cottage accommodates: Up to 6 adults across three bedrooms Two double bedrooms upstairs in the main cottage One twin bedroom in a converted ground-floor annexe with its own en-suite shower and WC – perfect for teenagers, friends or extended family who’d like a little extra privacy ** Please note: A standard booking is for 4 guests using the two double bedrooms. If you would like to use the annexe twin room please book for 6 guests as an additional nightly charge applies** Inside the ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen leading to a utility room and a family bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower. The spacious lounge is the heart of the cottage with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and the original open cottage staircase leading upstairs to the two double bedrooms. The separate annexe just off the conservatory, provides a comfortable twin room with en-suite facilities – a wonderful retreat for those who appreciate a little space of their own. Guest access Our Grade II Listed cottage dates back to the 17th Century and is full of character and charm. Some of the ceilings are low adding to its cosy feel so please do mind your head. The staircase leading upstairs is open and the windows have low ledges, so little ones will need to be kept an eye on while exploring upstairs. Outside you’ll find a spacious driveway with plenty of parking a grassy area that’s ideal for dogs to enjoy and a lovely seating spot that’s perfect for your morning tea or coffee. The cottage sits on an A road so you may notice a little more bustle during the summer months but it also means you’re well connected for exploring the area. Other things to note Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and bathroom towels are all provided for your stay you’ll just need to bring along your own beach towels. One well-behaved dog is welcome to join you for a small additional charge of £30. The enclosed garden is a great spot for them to enjoy and there are plenty of wonderful walks nearby. To keep the cottage comfortable for everyone we simply ask that dogs are not left unattended in the property, stay off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. We also kindly ask that owners clean up after them in the garden. For the comfort and safety of all guests and as the cottage has a traditional thatched roof smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property or near the building.
