Discover and fully experience Le Havre by staying in a PERRET apartment with 180° panoramic views of the entire ocean city. Located on the top floor with elevator in the hyper-center, its geographical position allows you to enjoy all the amenities and all the points of interest of the city on foot. In this carefully decorated, fully equipped and very functional accommodation, everything is designed to make your stay unique, pleasant and comfortable. The space LIVING ROOM: Sofa, armchairs, flat-screen TV (Netflix included), coffee table and dining table. All with stunning views of the city. KITCHEN: A fully equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (coffee available), kettle (tea available), dishwasher, washing machine. BATHROOM: A bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit. TOILET: The toilet is private and separate. BEDROOM: The bedroom is equipped with premium bedding with a 160 x 200 cm queen size bed and a desk. Breathtaking view of the city, the entrance to the port and the Seine Estuary. Admire the comings and goings of container ships, liners and ferries from bed :-) Guest access Free parking in a closed courtyard with beep. Please note, there is no dedicated parking space (based on availability). In general, there is always a spot. Otherwise, numerous paid parking spaces are available around the building. Parking with an EV charger is located 100 m from the apartment. The "Hôtel de Ville" tram and bus stop is 200 m from the apartment. The SNCF train station and bus station is 4 minutes by tram. The beach, tram terminus is 3 minutes away. For walkers, allow a short 15-minute walk to and from the apartment. Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are included in the reservation. In order to respect the neighborhood, please limit noise after 10pm. No parties or events are tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, I reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental lease and activate the bank deposit in case of overflows or damage. The apartment is currently not suitable for children or infants. I will be happy to welcome you personally.
