Located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the northeast side of Columbus, between Worthington and Westerville, our home is just 5 minutes from I-71 and I-270. The space Welcome to our spacious and bright Master Bedroom, located on the 2nd floor of our 2-story home. This room includes its own private attached bathroom and covers 240 ft². The room features: - a Queen bed with an innerspring firm mattress, a desk with an ergonomic chair, WiFi, a 42-inch smart TV, and a nice-size walk-in closet for easy storage. - a space heater for the cold months and an AC unit for the warm months, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking. - a microwave. - a mini fridge/freezer, and Keurig Coffee Maker, with initial coffee pods and snacks provided. Good, filtered water is available throughout your stay. Enjoy Ohio's sunny days on our lovely front porch. Guest access • Guests have access to their private bedroom which is equipped with its own mini refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig Coffees Maker. • During the warmer months, guests are free to enjoy the front porch — a quiet place to sit and enjoy the outdoor. • Please note: there is no indoor common area beyond the entrance, and the kitchen is not available. During your stay My husband and I live on the first floor. We are available to answer your questions and help you with anything you need, as much as we can. I am also happy to respond to text messages during normal day time hours. Other things to note - No Smoking of any kind, in and outside the house - No Visitors - No candles - At any given time, there may be 1 to 3 other guests renting a room in our home. We kindly ask that you be courteous if your paths cross with another guest. - In our 8 years of hosting, a few guests have been sensitive to the nearby highway noise. However, the majority of our guests haven't found it to be an issue, and we've had many returning guests. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, this might not be the best fit for you. - Would you like a RESERVED PARKING SPACE? Our driveway parking may be available for $5 per night — just ask!
