Comfy Bedroom by Sand Dunes (w/Free Breakfast)

This booking is for a private room with a full bed and a twin loft bed. It is fairly small (about 115 square feet) so keep that in mind if you prefer a roomier space. I am located five minutes from two of the access points to the Saint Anthony Sand Dunes. You may bring your recreational vehicles and park them in my backyard, but please talk with me about it beforehand. Free breakfast is provided. Towels are provided and will be found in your room. Guests can store their food items in the fridge or freezer and may use any kitchen appliance, cookware, and dish to cook and serve meals. Breakfast items can be found in the guest cabinet or on the top shelf of the fridge. The living room is open for guests to socialize, watch movies, and play games. Board games can be found inside of the entertainment system. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM so please be respectful towards other guests and keep the noise level down after this time. Other things to note I have a friendly cat named Addie that enjoys meeting new people. You will be sharing the house with myself and possibly other Airbnb guests.
