Our concierge will be welcoming you with a big smile between 9:00 and 18:00 (self check-in available) and will gladly assist you with transportation to and from the airport, and with tourist activities, tours and private visits. Aldea Zamá has one of the most up-to-date infrastructures in Tulum, but being in a young developing area like Tulum, there are still power or water outages from time to time, or Internet interference. We do everything in our power to address such problems when they occur.
