Uniquely positioned to take in incredible mountain views of the Nightcap Ranges and rolling hills of macadamia trees, our 3 bedroom home offers a secluded retreat where you'll be nestled amongst trees and serenaded by a myriad of bird calls. Located a 5min walk to Dunoon General Store, 5min drive to Whian Falls, 20min to Lismore, Eltham pub, Channon market, Rocky Creek Dam, numerous waterfalls and nature walks & 40min to Byron. The space Upstairs: You'll find the master bedroom with a full length, mirrored wardrobe, ceiling fan and the most luxuriously comfortable king size bed. Upstairs also contains a bathroom, kitchen and living/dining area which enjoys a clean mountain air breeze with the balcony doors open. The balcony wrap around verandah features a cosy day bed, -the best morning spot to sip your coffee whilst listening to the birds. If you are lucky you may even spot the local wallaby with her joey. Feel free to try the binoculars! Downstairs: You’ll find 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a Koala Cushy Sofa Bed and study desk. All bedrooms contain large windows that look onto the green surrounds. Downstairs also hosts the main bathroom and a second kitchen/dining area that opens up to the garden where you can enjoy a picnic in the sunshine amongst the lemon, orange, mango and pomelo trees. Guest access Guests will be able to access to entire house and garden. Guests will not be able to access the small shed room by the road.
