Cozy and modern apartment with a cottage feel

Rent my newly-built (Nov 2022) and well-designed 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). For rent privately by Daniel The space Essentially new appliances such as dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine (including dryer) and microwave from Bosch. In addition, there is a Moccamaster coffee maker, a 50" flat-screen TV (no channels) with Google TV so that you can mirror your media apps directly from your phone or via Google TV, a toaster, hair dryer, drying cabinet, etc. There is also an electric grill. The apartment has good storage throughout with hooks, a closet and/or wardrobe in each bedroom. Sleeps: - Bedroom 1: 160-cm continental bed (two duvets) - Bedroom 2: Double bed of 140 cm (two duvets) - Bedroom 3: Bunk bed of 120 cm + 80 cm (two duvets) 6 adults sleep comfortably, but with the lower bed of the bunk bed, you can accommodate one more (smaller) person (120 cm) NOTE: Bring your own sheets and towels. If you notify me a few days in advance, I can order sheets and towels from a local service company for an additional fee of SEK 300 per person. Guest access - Free parking space with electric car charger directly at the apartment (let us know if you need it - when charging, a fee will be added to cover the electricity) - Ski storage - Private sauna - Private terrace with outdoor table and 4 chairs Other things to note - NOTE: You are responsible for cleaning as it is not included but can be ordered for a fee (however, it is always included as a mandatory option during the ski season). In case of early booking, there will be a fee that will be added afterwards) - Sheets + towels are NOT included, but you can bring this yourself or pay an extra SEK 300 per person for ordering from a company - Make sure to follow the cleaning instructions in the check-in guide sent in connection with your stay (unless cleaning has been purchased) - Empty fridge and freezer, wash dishes and dispose of garbage - It is of course possible to use all pantry items such as spices, olive oil, etc., if you wish. It may happen that some items need to be replenished over time, but I try to make sure as much as possible that these items are always in place. - The grocery store is an unmanned ICA 24/7 that must be opened with Swedish BankID.
