Cozy and well-equipped holiday home in typical Swedish style with proximity to the lake in the middle of the most beautiful nature. The space The approx. 200 sqm house on two floors has 4 bedrooms with 8 beds as well as an additional cot and a children's travel cot for our youngest guests. In the cozy living room, there is a large corner couch with a TV (German programs). The Wi-Fi is free of charge. It also has a heat pump/air conditioning. The dining area is located in the bright conservatory. For our little guests, there are also board games, a children's corner with a play kitchen and coloring books. Adjacent to the living room is a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, spacious fridge, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. The large bathroom on the first floor is equipped with floor heating. In the house is also a washing machine, a freezer, wardrobe/boot dryer, Vacuum cleaner and a drying rack. Baby/toddler equipment (changing table with support, playpen, 2 high chairs, children's travel cot, cot) are present. The house is a non-smoking house. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Pets are not allowed either. Outdoor area with terrace, barbecue (please bring charcoal and lighter), sandbox incl. Toys, playhouse and tower with slide and swing as well as garden furniture. Our small farm family also includes goats and chickens. A linen package consisting of bed linen, hand towels, and shower towels (SEK 100 per person) can be booked for a fee. Heating: Electric radiators as well as a heat pump/air conditioning system connected to a solar panel system (so energy costs are very low on sunny days). Electricity is not included in the listing price (October through March). Upon arrival and departure, the meter reading will be taken. Guest access The in-house lake is only about 800 m from the property. The nearest shopping facility in Ryssby is about 8 km away. There is a beach, a pizzeria, a restaurant, a playground, an outdoor gym and a mini golf course. The nearest major city/hospital to Ljungby is about 15 km away.
