License No.039-2020 The space The house is a heritage property of prime importance, one of the first homes to be re-built after the war of 1812. It was completed circa 1816 by John Wilson, a merchant and son of “Irish John”, the keeper of a local hotel where the newly formed Law Society of Upper Canada first met. Today, more than 200 years later, this Georgian home is considered to be one of Niagara’s special treasures! It has 3 spacious guest rooms, beautifully decorated with period furniture - The Wilson room and the Georgian room are on the 2nd floor and the Newark room is on the main floor. Guest access The guests can enjoy the beautiful dining room, the outside patio dining area and the garden. Other things to note Each room in the house is rented separately, so you will share the house with other guests.
