Cozy individual chalet with exceptional equipment (rated 3 stars) on the Chamrousse resort. 3 rooms 40 m2 + terrace on a plot of about 200 m2 with all the equipment for children/babies, close to activities and shops. In a private residential park, with multi-sport grounds and heated pool (July-August only) The space - Entrance with storage and ski room (with bench and shoe storage) - Large living room; fully equipped kitchen, opens to the living room furnished with a sofa bed + coffee table. - 1 master bedroom (140 cm bed) - 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (+1 extra mattress) - Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. All rooms have many cupboards and storage. EQUIPMENT: Dishwasher, multi-function oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, blender, refrigerator and freezer, raclette machine, waffle maker, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, TV and DVD player, washer-dryer. Duvets, pillows, outdoor lounge, sled, snow shovel, deckchairs. BABY KIT: Folding bed, booster seat, changing mat, folding bathtub, footstool, toilet reducer, baby and child dishes, toys, DVDs etc. AT YOUR DISPOSAL: household products, groceries, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, garbage bags, dishwashing product, sponges. Our chalet is on the edge of a small forest, facing south, without direct neighbors, with a large plot, isolated from traffic but close to amenities: quick and easy access on foot to the shopping mall (about 6 minutes) and activities (many departures of hiking trails and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the chalet) Other things to note Linens (sheets, towels and tea towels) are PAID OPTIONS.
