The 4 bedrooms (each sleeps 2) are complete with King, Queen Twin sized beds, all with brand new linens, new memory foam mattresses and brand new curtains. There are total of 4 bathrooms where 2 are ensuite bathrooms and 2 are shared bathrooms. The entire unit has central A/C and heating to accommodate all seasons with your temperature preferences! Guest access Check-in with secure smart lock digital key that is sent to you prior to arrival. This house is private and not shared. Other things to note Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. •Check-out time is 10am. •Check-in time is 4pm - 2am. •Quiet Hours: 10PM on weeknights, 11PM on weekends House Rules: •SHOES are to be left by the front door and not to be worn throughout the inside of the house. • NO SMOKING inside the property. All guests must dispose of cigarette butts in a specified container and thrown out off the property. **Smoking indoors will result in a $900.00 fine. Removing smoke smell and nicotine from the walls is an extremely time intensive process.** • NO PARTIES. **There is a $1000 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.** • NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at anytime. All guests must be registered for liability purposes. **A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.** • NO PETS are permitted inside the property. Evidence of pets inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests. • LOCK ALL WINDOWS & DOORS if you are not home. Please make sure all windows and doors and closed and locked upon check-out. • TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS when not in use. Please make sure all lights are turned OFF at the time of check-out. • THERMOSTAT/AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT The house has central AC and heating. Please keep temperatures between 66 - 70 F (19 - 23 degrees Celsius)
