Other things to note The water for the cabin is a 100 gallon holding tank so please be conscious of your water usage. Please be respectful of neighbors by being quiet by 10:30. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! The cabin is meant for a quiet get away. We live right next door so please refrain from inviting more guests. Must have AWD/ 4x4 to make it up the driveway in the winter.
