Central air/central heat with additional fans and room heaters if needed. Full kitchen that is well stocked with appliances, dishes and cooking necessities. Keurig, drip coffee and espresso maker. Internet speeds up to 500 mbps, YouTube streaming TV service and smart TV’s in both living room and master BR. Back yard is completely enclosed offering privacy, solitude and a lush green space! It includes a new hot tub, propane gas grill, and a 32' pool (heating extra - see below) ranging from about 3' to 9' depth. The hot tub will be heated at NO charge. OPTIONAL Heated Pool - The large inground swimming pool can be heated to 82 degrees F for $100/day during the months of December through March (minimum charge $500/stay of 3-5 nights to include having to heat the pool one day prior to arrival); $50/day November and April (minimum charge of $200/stay of 3 nights to include heating one day prior to arrival). This is literally our cost as of Dec 23, 2022 per SoCalGas. Pool will be heated during the hours of 6 am - 5 pm; therefore the pool will be much cooler than 82 in the am. (*Due to the rising costs of natural gas, please confirm at booking the cost of heating the pool since it may increase again.) It is a deep pool and takes up to 48 hours to heat before your arrival. Therefore, with the current price of natural gas we definitely are not making any money on heating the pool. During the shoulder months, fees will be less. NOTE - Optional Extra Charges, e.g. choosing to have the pool heated, will be sent to you separately after your final payment to Airbnb. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house as well as a carport for your car. (The only area closed off is an outside owner's closet). Laundry room is located inside the house, and there are NO steps to enter the home or any of the rooms. Other things to note TOT Permit # 4604 Palm Springs currently has several restrictions during your stay including 1) No parties of any kind, 2) no overnight guests (other than those listed on rental agreement) 3) no outside music allowed, nor can be heard from within the house.
