Access the balcony with view of the beautiful beach from the master bedroom or living room. This unit is one of the closest units to the beach and pool. Property has 2 pools (one seasonally heated) and a hot tub. Stay in and throw some food on one of the grills by the pool or cook in the fully stocked kitchen. The space Free seasonal beach service included. (March - October) People love the convenience of being able to go downstairs and walk out to the pool area and beach. The best part about this unit is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out to the balcony. It'll make you stop to take in the beauty of it all each time. We love this place and have worked hard so our guests will love it too. You'll notice immediately the extras around the condo meant so you wouldn't have to bring as much from home or go out to purchase items you wont use again once you leave. We have beach chairs available for you to use, along with boogie boards, beach towels, a cooler you could wheel with you downstairs, and a variety of games to play while making memories on your trip. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a king bed in it and attached full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a custom built queen bed with a trundle that pulls out to a full size bed. This is great for families with small kids or people just needing extra space to sleep. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. Located on the 2nd floor and also right next to the stairs (no worries. We also have elevators too :) ) Walk down the stairs and take the side walkway to the pool and beach. You'll be there in less than 20 seconds! No street to cross over because the building is right on the beach. Property is gated and has security at the entrance. Plenty of parking especially on the side where the unit is located. There is a washer and dryer located inside the unit so no need to take your clothes anywhere else during your stay. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Past clients have really enjoyed the convenience of having a cool bar across the street. A quick drive will get you to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. This is the perfect location in PCB so you're not sitting in traffic while on vacation. In the event of unforeseeable weather conditions, we will refund customers during a mandatory evacuation only. Feel free to message us if you need some flexibility with your stay. We will do whatever we can to try to make it work. Other things to note Effective March 2024: The registration fee has been increased to $40. This fee includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes may be issued at a cost of $15 each (max 3 parking passes allowed for this unit). Unfortunately this is something we cannot cover because it is issued directly from the front office. * Age requirement is for at least one guest to be 21 years of age * There is NO SMOKING in the condo * NO PETS are allowed in the condo (unless service animal) * Check out is at 10am local time unless authorized to stay later. This allows the cleaning crew time to prepare the unit for the next guest. If guests vacate later than 10am local time or the unit is left in a condition where it requires extra cleaning, an additional fee will be charged to the guest * Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather unless mandatory evacuations occur
