Other things to note Enjoy a refreshing dip in our brand-new saltwater pool, measuring 18x33 feet with a depth of 54 inches. The pool is open from May 1st to September 21. Please note that it is not heated. Please be sure to follow our pool guidelines, which will be sent to you in our digital guidebook! ➤ Guests with reservations over 7 days will incur a small extra cleaning fee of $45. Payment will be processed through Airbnb resolutions. ➤ Pet-Friendly Property! We're happy to welcome your pets, but please note a few additional rules: ● A $225 Pet Fee will be applied per pet. ● We do not accept cats or aggressive dog breeds, as per our insurance policy. ● No more than TWO (2) pets allowed. ● Pets are not allowed on furniture (sofa, chairs, or beds). ● Please do not use our blankets and towels for pets. ● Please do not leave your pet home alone unless crated. ● Clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided). ● If your dog sheds a lot, kindly vacuum before you leave. ➤ Please note that the wood-burning stove pictured in the kitchen is not currently in working order.
