The space • This is a pet friendly unit with central AC consisting of 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds and 1 bathroom. • This is a private unit within a DUPLEX with a shared wall with: --Private entrance, Private kitchen, Private living areas, Private backyard. • The reservation includes parking for 2 vehicles. --If additional parking spaces are needed, please contact us PRIOR to booking. • For guests staying 21 days or longer, there is an additional $100 deep cleaning fee. • For groups of 6, a Queen-sized air mattress will be made available. --Please let us know if you will use the air mattress and we will prepare the bedding. • If you are bringing a pet, they MUST be added to the reservation. --If a pet is not added to the reservation and discovered upon check out a penalty fee of $100 will be charged in addition to the $100 pet cleaning fee. • Since the unit is pet friendly although we clean and sanitize between each guest there may be trace animal allergens in the unit. —Those with sensitive allergies consider this before booking and reach out to discuss with us before booking. • Starter kits are provided to start your stay smoothly such as K-pods, toliet paper, Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash. Any replenishments are guest responsibility. • For guests staying 21 days or longer, there is an additional $100 deep cleaning fee. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit except the garage which we use for storage. Other things to note We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to previous experiences and property damage, we will only accept booking requests from: - Airbnb users who are verified and have positive reviews from other hosts. - Renters above the age of 25. - A maximum of 6 guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed. We value our relationship with our neighbors, so please, no events, gatherings, or parties. To keep the unit in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. Thank you for understanding. Please note: - If you are bringing children/infants/babies, the units are not baby-proofed. You assume responsibility for all guests. - Our home is pet-friendly, which means previous guests may have brought their pets (cats/dogs). If this is an issue, please reach out before booking. - We have a wood-burning fireplace. Guests who wish to use it should plan to purchase firewood at any nearby local store. **Check-In Info:** - Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival through the Airbnb app. - Please note that Tacoma is on Pacific Standard Time (PST). Check-in is after 4 p.m., and guests must check out by 11 a.m. so that we can prepare for our next guests.
