You walk up 3 steps to the main floor. 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room area with coffee station, and living room which has a 55in 4k HD television. Downstairs has one full bathroom, an office, and common area with a 55in HD television. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs area if needed. Outdoor cameras are located at the front door, driveway, and patio door. We also have a noise monitoring system in the patio area. These security devices are for both your and our protection. Any parties or extra guests staying over without advance notice are subject to termination of reservation and forfeiture of payment. Unauthorized guests without prior consent will be charged a $50 fee per person. NO REFUNDS. Guest access You have access to the entire home. No garage access but there is room to park in the driveway. Other things to note The door to the attic and the closet door in the basement remain locked for storage.
