Downstairs has one bedroom with workspace area. Full bathroom, common area with bar chairs to hang out, play some board games, and watch on a 55in HD television. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs area if needed. Outdoor cameras are at front door, driveway, and patio door. We also have a noise monitoring system in the patio area. These security devices are for your and our protection. Any parties or extra guests staying over without advance notice are subject to termination of reservation and forfeiture of payment. Unauthorized guests without prior consent will be charged a $50 fee per person. NO REFUNDS. Guest access You have access to all the bedrooms and common areas. You will have the whole house to yourself. Other things to note There are doors to closets and attic that are locked out as we store items for the house.
