Located near the Sanford Sports Complex, Walmart, and a variety of local eateries, this upscale retreat is perfect for couples, solo travelers, and business guests seeking relaxation and convenience. Although located on our property, the suite is completely private—with its own entrance, private yard & hot tub, and no shared walls connected to our home. Book your stay and experience Sioux Falls in style. Guest access Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire Chic Suite, including the full guest unit and the private yard. The outdoor space features a year-round hot tub, chiminea firepit, and seasonal seating for your enjoyment. Up to two off-street parking spaces are provided on the left side of the driveway. The suite has its own private entrance, and there are no shared interior spaces, ensuring a quiet and secluded stay. Other things to note Check In time: After 3pm Checkout time: Before 11am Want to check in early or checkout late? We have a $25 per hour early check in/late checkout fee. If you are planning to spend most of your time downtown, please note that it is about a 15-20 minute drive depending on lights and traffic. It is strongly recommended to purchase Airbnb's travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full refunds for missed trips. 1) If you are a smoker please plan to smoke in the front of the garage or near the table in the backyard and dispose of butts in the pot on the left side of the garage door. Otherwise, this property is a non smoking property inside. Smoking of any kind inside will result in an additional $350 cleaning fee. 2) We ask you to please not wear your shoes inside the property as much as possible. The property is cleaned in full detail after each guest to ensure cleanliness and your safety. If you have a pet with you, we ask that you to clean their paws when the yard is wet each time. We provide pet towels and poop bags to use during your stay. 3) Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please respect the quiet hours as there are neighbor's nearby. 4) If you have a dog(s) with you, please plan to clean up after them inside and outside of the property. Do NOT leave your dog unattended in the yard whatsoever. We do have a pet fee of $40 per pet, per stay.
