new apartment built in 2022, quietly located in the Green Heart but about 30 minutes from major cities such as Utrecht, Rotterdam, Leiden, Amsterdam. Also very suitable for booking for groups in combination with our other eight apartments. We even have a 10-person apartment. An extra bed can be placed for a child/baby for 7.50 per night (max 1) The space This apartment is completed together with the adjacent apartment # 9 in summer 2022 and is fully equipped. Downstairs is a nice spacious living room with kitchen. From the living room, you can look out onto the meadows from the French doors. The kitchen contains a gas stove with 6 burners, a dishwasher, combi microwave and fridge-freezer combination. Downstairs there is a bedroom for 1 person, there is also a toilet here. When you go up the stairs, you will find a bedroom with three separate box spring beds. 1 bed is higher. Then on this floor is a luxury bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. At the back of the hallway is the third bedroom with two box-spring beds. The view of this bedroom over the meadows is magnificent. The bedrooms also have air conditioning upstairs. Also very suitable for booking for groups in combination with our other eight apartments. Guest access The apartment is fully available for your private use. You have your own private terrace. There is also at least parking space available for 1 car. The playground and grassland with outdoor barbecue is accessible to all our guests. There is also a laundry room with two washing machines and 1 dryer. These can be used by our guests for 3 euros per turn each. Other things to note Our farm is located in a rural area, so we do not have a fiber optic connection. We offer wireless Wi-Fi throughout the property/apartments via multiple MiFi routers, which generally works very well. However, if you need Wi-Fi for work or business, we recommend that you also have mobile internet available.
