The space 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - One king and one queen bed. This is the lower level unit of a bungalow. The laundry room is shared and located between the two units for access. Guest access: You have access to the Basement Apartment with private entrance and self-checkin. Pet Policy: If you're bringing a pet you need to advise us of the pet - the space is not appropriate for a pet more than 40 pounds and the policy is as follows - if upon checkout there is evidence of the pet, i.e. hair, slobber, paw prints, food, litter etc. there will be an additional $100 deep cleaning fee charged.
