The backyard counts with a stock tank pool where you can cool down from the AZ heat. It also has a hammock where you can take a nap and enjoy the nice weather. The space PETS Any animal will be subject to a pet fee. Regardless of being a service/support animal or not. DUST Please consider this is Arizona, and houses get extra dusty pretty fast. I can clean my counters and baseboards in the morning, and by the afternoon, they will be dusty. Having said that , be sure that the place has been thoroughly cleaned. FRONT DOOR WINDOW The window in the front door has a mirror like film that do not fully block the view from the outside. We like it this way, but if this is an issue for you, feel free to book a different place. The bedrooms have queens size beds with white linens and memory foam mattresses for extra cleanliness and comfort. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area for a more comfortable gathering space. There is a room at the back of the house with a reading nook and a desk to make your working time a bit more private. POOL The stock tank pool doesn't have a jacuzzi like jets and it is not heated. During the cold months on December - May the pool may be empty or under repairs. Guest access You have access to the backyard which has a stock tank pool with a wooden deck, fire pit, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and a hammock. You get access to 1 carport the one closer to your unit or you can always park by the RV gate. The front patio has a porch swing (capacity 300lbs) for you to enjoy the mountain views or the neighborhood in general. Feel free to use the RV gate if you need to park a second vehicle or an RV.
