Semi rural loft getaway on the river

Situated by the beautiful Magnetawan River,my loft is a relatively open concept 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a large balcony overlooking the river. The loft is situated on top of a garage that is not in use, it is a private building with anyone booking a stay being the only occupants. In the summer time, the river is great for swimming, fishing or boating in. If jumping off a dock for a swim isn't for you, there is a beach 3 mins away that is well kept and shallow for the first few hundred feet as well as two boat launch ramps. At night you can enjoy having a nice fire in the firepit located right beside the house and BBQ on the provided grill. During the winter, the snowmobile trails are relatively close by and winter activities are usually going on in the area. At nighttime, stay in by the gas fireplace for warmth, watch some TV and enjoy the nice quiet away from it all feeling. Additional side note, smoking is fine on the balcony and outside buy not allowed in the loft itself.
