The space The apartment is on the second floor of a large gated residence with private internal gardens and parking. The apartment consists of a large L-shaped living room with a TV sofa area (new handmade sofa that turns into a double bed and smart TV with the main apps installed), and a study area with a glass designer table. The room overlooks a small balcony with chairs and a coffee table overlooking the Santissima. The kitchen is separated from the room by a sliding door and is complete with all appliances (dishwasher oven) and all utensils. The sleeping area is accessed through a corridor overlooking the two bedrooms: the main bedroom, with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and the bedroom, with a single bed that turns into a double bed. From the hallway you can access the second bathroom with shower, and the storage room equipped with a washing machine. The apartment has an air conditioning system in all rooms and mosquito nets on the windows. The entire house is covered with new light gray porcelain stoneware floors. Long stays of at least one month are preferred. Other things to note The price includes 480 euros per month (or 16 euros per day) of expenses. The flat-rate fee includes: condominium expenses and maintenance of the common gardens and playground, garbage tax, a budget of 200 euros per month for water, electricity and gas bills, fast fiber wifi, stair cleaning costs and one cleaning of the apartment per month. In accordance with Italian law, for rentals longer than 31 days, the stipulation of a temporary contract to be registered with the revenue agency is required. The registration fee is 80 euros to be divided into half the host/tenant.
