The tiny kitchen is stocked with (when available) eggs from our chickens, honey from our bees, homemade granola, milk, fruit, and a locally roasted coffee. The small electric baseboard heaters keep the place from freezing. In winter we often do not get plowed out until late night or the next morning. Four wheel drive a good clearance is a must. Please note, the bathroom is a tight squeeze. In addition to the cottage, we have three guest rooms in the big house. Guests are welcome to walk around the property and help themselves to fruit (black caps, currants, grapes, apples, etc.) in season. The Great Pyranees guardian dog, Griffy, is along with the chickens, ducks and our three black cats, Puffy, Toughie, and Sir Nigel Pynchon (Pynchie for short) roam the property. There is a grill outside the cottage for your use. Guest access There is plenty of parking, though you may get plowed in if there is a big storm.
