A brand new apartment on the doorstep of Southern Cross Station in Melbourne CBD. Close to all the transportation and within the free tram zone. Nearby attractions include Marvel Stadium and Victoria Market within a short walking distance. Other attractions such as China Town, shopping malls are all within easy train or tram rides. Inside the apartment you will find a tastefully decorated apartment on the 31st Floor with modern facilities and a magnificent view over Port Philip Bay. The space Stylish two bedrooms two bathrooms apartment with a fully self contained kitchen, washer/dryer with sofa bed in the living area and FREE NBN WIFI. Master Bedroom: Queen Size bed 2nd Bedroom: Queen Size bed Sofa Bed in the sitting room: Queen Size AIR CONDITIONING: Sitting room, master bedroom both air-conditioning, 2nd bedroom with winter garden has no air-conditioning(one portable electric fan&heater could be provided if need). Each bedroom/sitting room has openable window. Almost all apartments in Melbourne at least one bedroom has no air conditioning, which is quite normal. Guest access The entire apartment and guests have access to gym and pool(6am-10pm every day). Access using FOB card. The gym and pool sometimes might be temporarily closed by building manager for maintenance, not often happens, if it happens please understand. Other things to note We hope to make your stay easy and smooth, if you would like some help with anything please feel free to message us at any time. EARLY CHECK-IN The check-in time is AFTER 3PM. If you need an early check-in, please let us know in advance, we could update you in the early morning of the check-in day if we could arrange it for you according to booking calendar. LATE CHECK-OUT The check-out time is BEFORE 11AM. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, we could update you in the early morning of the check-out day if we could arrange it for you according to booking calendar. If we could arrange late check-out for you, the latest check-out time is before 12pm. KEY AND FOB We will provide ONE set of key and FOB for our guests, if you need extra one please let us know 48 hours before arrival. PORTACOT&BABY BATH TUB& HIGHCHAIR available if anyone has infants in their group and let us know at least 48 hours before arrival. Netflix Please use your own account and remember to log off before you check-out. NO PARTY/PETS/SMOKING CAR PARK: We don’t have car park in our building, many security public car park around, please check on-line, find the public car park you want. And if need please ask us will send you public car park website. CHECK-OUT KEY&FOB Please leave all the keys and FOBs on the coffee table in the room when you check-out. LUGGAGE STORAGE We don’t have the luggage storage place in our building, many luggage storage shops around our place you could use if you would like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
