The space Located in beautiful Playa Moreno, in one of the most secure buildings, our beach front apartment has 3 full bedrooms with 3 baths, a spacious balcony with a jacuzzi and ocean view. 2 covered parking spots available for guests to use. 24x7 security manned by building security personal. Beach Access ~50 meters. Swim in the ocean, or rest in the shade of the big tree in front or Walk to near by restaurants and Beach Club next door. You are very welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook and enjoy the apartment and the views further. Update: We have removed all inside cameras that we inherited from previous owner. Guest access Entire Apartment which includes Kitchen, Laundry, Dryer, Pool, Covered Parking (2 slots) and beach access. Other things to note Wifi 70/70 Mbps (up/down) when last tested.
