Two of the bedrooms and the front door lead out onto a shared balcony with a shared barbecue area with a view of the Durbanville Hills. The apartment shares an enclosed garden and is a short stroll from the beach, and local shops. The space We offer four spacious family-friendly apartments in a lovely big house, only 200m walk from the gorgeous Sunset Beach, which has world famous views and water sports. The apartments share an enclosed garden with barbecue facilities, perfect for kids, in a quiet residential area not far from the local grocery stores and coffee shop/restaurants. We are also centrally located with easy access to the CBD, Waterfront and Table Mountain attractions as well as the Durbanville Wine Route and the West Coast. Our style is beachy and comfortable, with crisp white linens and large airy spaces, and our WI-FI is on an UPS and great for working from home. Guest access All of our apartments are private, and guests would also be able to use our shared balcony, patio, garden, laundry and storage spaces in the garage, as well as free parking on the driveways Other things to note We would like our guests to be considerate of each other and therefore quiet time is from 9pm, no loud music or parties are allowed - we are a family friendly apartment house, and we would like guests to treat each other with kindness during their stay.
