Located in-house is The Chocolate Bar, for the sweet tooth addicts, and Slate for fine dining. Grab your snacks or order from the store (Onn The Way) at the reception during check in. Our 1.5BR, located on 5th floor can easily be accessed by 4 high speed lifts. The apartment layout features: >Living room - balcony, lounging area, smart 49" TV, WiFi, city skyline views. >Master bedroom - room darkening shades, king size double bed, closet space and city skyline views. >Guest bedroom/ office - room darkening shades, single size bed, desk & chair. >Open plan kitchen - fitted microwave, oven, hob and hood, fridge, kettle and toaster. >Dining area sits 4. > 1 Bathroom - shared by both rooms and guests. >Laundry area - washing machine, drying rack, ironing board + iron. >Amenties - Rooftop deck (only open to residents) - infinity pool, gym, squash court, pool table, lounging area, bar, separate steam room & sauna for ladies and gents. > Garbage disposal - chute located in a room beside the service lift. You don't have to worry about security here; there are guards patrolling 24/7 and CCTV in common areas. Well equipped with backup generator for common areas, high speed lifts, fully equipped rooftop deck, easy access to coffee shops and co-working spaces. What You See is What You Get :) Guest access You have access to the whole apartment, the restaurants and the shared amenities at the rooftop. Other things to note We are happy to host you and as such we plan for your stay according to the number of guests indicated on the reservation. For security reasons, we will request for your passport details to report at the reception for verification on arrival. Please note unreported guests will not be allowed into the premises. Breakfast (tea, coffee, sugar and a bottle of water) and toiletries supplies are provided only on check in. >Breakfast - on request we can have Slate deliver the buffet breakfast option for sh. 1,500 in a to-go package.
