Mayana Luxury Villa is part of a complex with two Villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools. External Living | Private Pool & BBQ This captivating home lays in 350m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 70m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,50 meters deep), a five-seater, built-in heated whirlpool (2x3,20 & 0,90 meters deep) & a children's pool compartment (3x3 & 0,40 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ & sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor lounge area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun sink into the ocean. With outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

 Bonus: A ping-pong table is also available outdoors for endless hours of fun & relaxation. Outdoor Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool, children's pool compartment & whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature. 
- Additional Fees | 80€/day - Booking Duration | Pool, Children's Pool Compartment & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain they shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
