It has a warm living room with a wood stove and wooden floor, an integrated kitchen with a bar, a large terrace facing the garden with a dining room and an outdoor living room, and a bungalow with a barbecue. On the second floor there is an open space for doing yoga or stretching, with a balcony to the south views of the sea (nice space to use in the mornings, with the summer sun and calm breeze from the ocean). There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the house: one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. One of those rooms with a single bed. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Except to a garage in the basement where we keep tools, paint, and other stuff. Other things to note The hot water in the house (both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms) is provided by an 80 liter water heater, which is capable of serving two consecutive baths. After that, you may have to wait 30 minutes for it to heat up again. Another important thing to consider is the spiral staircase that leads to the second floor which could be somewhat uncomfortable for adults and small children.
