Cozy room bed, 120 x 200 cm. Kitchen and bathroom for shared use. For longer stays, use of the laundry room is possible. Bus stop right outside the settlement. The train station is a 10-minute walk, so it is possible to hear the train when the window is open. The house is situated in the 2nd row from the street. From the bus stop, it is a 2-minute walk. In front of the house there is a small forest and playground. So you may hear birds or children playing. But no street noise. The space Wi-Fi, balcony, hairdryer. You can use the kitchen (it is self-cleaning, which means you clean up after yourself :-)) Microwave available. You get 1 shelf in the fridge, but no space in the freezer. Toilet and bathroom are shared (with me and my son, 24,). You may feel at home, but please do not take any of my drinks or food without asking. Guest access Kitchen, dining area, bathroom, toilet. The dining area is open to the living room, so please just use it to eat your meals. Please do PC work, make phone calls, watch movies, etc. in your room. Other things to note For longer stays: It is NOT possible to register as a resident with a certificate of residence. If you stay longer, I will do a quick interim cleaning of the room. If this is not desired, please let me know. If I don't hear from you, I will assume that it's okay for me to go into the room for a moment!
