Beautiful apartment near Nuremberg, 60 sqm, 3 people Wi-Fi

This cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Stein, about 3 km from Nuremberg. The apartment is located in the basement in our house and has underfloor heating. You can park on the street in front of the house. We have done our best to make the apartment cozy and hope that all our guests will feel very comfortable. We are always available and are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The space In the apartment, there is an open kitchen that is directly adjacent to the living and dining area. In the bedroom there is a comfortable box spring bed for 2 people (160 × 200), and there is also a single bed in the anteroom of the bedroom. Bathroom and toilet are separated. The bathroom is very spacious. A small workplace is also available. Palm Beach in Stein can be reached in 4 minutes by car. The Playmobil Funpark can be reached in about 12 minutes by car and Nuremberg city center and the Nuremberg Exhibition Center are about 20 minutes by car. A bus (Unterweihersbuch stop) and the S-Bahn towards Nuremberg/Ansbach (Unterasbach stop) are within walking distance. Other things to note The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
