The facility includes 24/7 Security, Key Card, WiFi, Cafe&Restaurants, Marts&7/11 are walkable within 5 mins. The space Peaceful and private low rise community, earthquake-safe, less crowd, healthy-clean swimming pool, kid pool, and fitness gym, perfect for family & friends relax and easy to travel in Bangkok city. Our room provides modern 55” smart internet TV and high speed fiber WiFi making guests to flexibly work online or enjoy home entertainment with up to 1Gbps internet speed. Our room provides modern cooking & kitchenware comforting guest to enjoy Easy-Self-Cooking on Electric Pot for multi-cooking, Air Frier for easy and healthy fry-cooking, Water Boiler, and Microwave oven. Our room provides 2 sets per bed room for the showering towels, bed linens, and pillow cases as well as the shampoo and showering gel in the showering rooms. Laundry Wash&Dry service is available at 450THB per basket or Guest can do self-service-laundry at nearby self-laundry shop in less than 10mins walk. Guest may request Maid service to clean the room. The maid service is 600THB for 2 hours cleaning of the rooms, kitchen, shower rooms, toilets, and balcony as well as change the bed linen. Guest access Due to property security policy, all guests MUST be registered with valid identification document (valid id or passport) to the property management during the check-in. Unregistered guests will not be allowed to access property by the security guards. Guest can easily access to the working/ meeting room, fitness and swimming pool area. The property also provides complementary High Speed WiFi on those areas. Many visited guests said “In Bangkok, there are too many good food to try out than self-cook. Guest can easily enjoy food delivery services. The recommended food delivery apps are GRAB, FOODPANDA, ROBINHOOD, or LINEMAN where guest can easily order and enjoy local Thai food and many others. The food delivery spot is provided at the property entrance. Other things to note To green the world, guest is required to pay electricity bill based on actual usage during the stay. It is 7 THB per KWH. A deposit of 100USD or 4,000THB is required for “a Key Card” to access into the unit. Deposit will be returned to guest upon returning “Key Card” without damage. Please also refer to House Rules. No smoking, No pet in the room, at the balcony, and around the property. However, guest can smoke at the dedicated smoking area. Quiet hours are also applied 10pm to 7am. Due to property security policy, all guests MUST be registered with valid identification document (valid id or passport) to the property management during the check-in. Unregistered guests will not be allowed to access property by the security guards. In case of guest’s personal car, there is NO overnight parking provided. Guests can park for free of charge up to 5 hours with a stamp from property management. After that it is charged at 30 THB per hour.
